Last week, alongside Jaba Gvelebiani, Tatev S. Karapetyan and Dr. Andrew Willcocks, our senior associate Marlena Harutyunyan participated in an ICC YAAF panel discussion on the topic of “Litigation and Arbitration, friends or foes”.
The discussion, moderated by Lilit Karapetyan, took place as part of the Armenian Arbitration Day, organized by Arbitration & ADR Commission ICC NC Armenia, ICC in Georgia, Jus Mundi and the Arbitrators’ Association of Armenia.
