It was yet another full house on 27 March for Archipel’s fourth PAW event at La Galerie Bourbon!
Under the moderation of Martin Brasart (Archipel), Elena Daly (EM Conseil), Benjamin Dartevelle (Secretary General of the Paris Club Secretariat) and Jacques-Alexandre Genet (Archipel) engaged in a lively conversation on the prospects of enhanced cooperation amongst award creditors of foreign sovereigns.
Our speakers discussed the cooperation frameworks that exist for bilateral lenders (chief among which the Paris Club) and bondholders (especially collective action clauses), and reflected on their transferability to the world of award creditors.
