On 8 June 2023, our partner Laurence Ponty had the pleasure of participating in the English Law Day in Yerevan hosted by the British Embassy, the Bar Council and the CIS Forum (Eurasian & CIS Legal Professionals Forum). With other specialists of the CIS region, she discussed the arbitration process with Arik Aslanyan, Paul Fisher, Alexandra Komarova, Romanos Loizides and Julien Maire du Poset in a panel moderated by Lionel Nichols.
Laurence spoke specifically about the drafting of efficient arbitration clauses and latest developments regarding the enforcement of arbitral awards.
