We were pleased to contribute to a lively workshop on commercial arbitration yesterday in Casablanca.
Guillaume Tattevin and Aïcha BRAHMA (Brahma Avocats) led an engaging session on Swiss and Moroccan Perspectives in Commercial Arbitration, examining how both jurisdictions address the resolution of commercial disputes.
The workshop, jointly organised by the CCSM - Chambre de Commerce Suisse au Maroc and Swiss Arbitration, took place at the CCSM headquarters and brought together Moroccan business actors for a practical discussion on arbitration in commercial matters.
We thank the CCSM and its Executive Director Laïla Benyakhlef Sadiq for hosting this successful event.
