Our partner Guillaume Tattevin attended Johannesburg Arbitration Week 2026, as part of Archipel’s continued engagement with the international arbitration community in Africa.
Guillaume participated in his capacity both as an Archipel partner and as a member of the Arbitration Court of the Swiss Arbitration Centre, which signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA) on the occasion.
As Swiss Arbitration Ambassador for Africa, Guillaume is committed to strengthening the ties between the Swiss and African arbitration communities, and JAW 2026 was a concrete expression of that mission.
The panel was excellently moderated by Dr Jamsheed Peeroo Peroo, with practical insight by Henk Louw FCIArb, Dalia Hussein, John Nyanje, Victor Mugabe, Dr. Henry Murigi, PhD and Karim M'ziani.
