A graduate of the University of Geneva, Stéphane obtained a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in general law before qualifying as a specialist lawyer at the end of 2020. He started his career at the Service cantonal d’avance et de recouvrement des pensions alimentaires de Genève (SCARPA), where he completed the first part of his legal internship between 2021 and 2022. He then joined Archipel to complete his training from 2022 to 2023.

After passing his bar exam in November 2023, Stéphane returned to Archipel’s Geneva office as an associate. His practice focuses on criminal, civil and commercial litigation, representing clients before the various Swiss courts.

His expertise also extends to debt collection law, where he is particularly involved in enforcement proceedings.
