Gina Auciello practices in the areas of commercial relations and white-collar crime
Gina is a member of the Geneva Bar. She is mainly active in the field of litigation involving complex civil and criminal matters. She assists and advises her clients on all matters related to contract law, commercial law and debt collection procedures (seizure, attachment and bankruptcies proceedings). Her practice also extends to criminal business law, international mutual assistance in criminal matters and criminal offences committed in the context of bankruptcy.
Gina holds a master’s degree in civil and criminal law and a certificate in transnational law from the University of Geneva.
Prior to joining Archipel, Gina worked as a research and teaching assistant in the Department of Commercial Law at the University of Geneva, in particular in the fields of enforcement and civil procedure. In parallel to this activity, Gina wrote a Ph.D thesis on bankruptcy law (summa cum laude).
