Gina Auciello practices in the areas of commercial relations and white-collar crime.

Gina is a member of the Geneva Bar. She is mainly active in the field of litigation involving complex civil and criminal matters. She assists and advises her clients on all matters related to contract law, commercial law and debt collection procedures (seizure, attachment and bankruptcies proceedings). Her practice also extends to criminal business law, international mutual assistance in criminal matters and criminal offences committed in the context of bankruptcy.
