Barbara Steiner practices national and international litigation as well as white-collar crime.
She is a member of the Geneva Bar. Her practice focuses on complex civil and criminal litigation, with a particular emphasis on disputes involving aspects of private and public international law, including labor law and white-collar crime. She also has good knowledge and experience in immigration law.
Prior to joining Archipel as an associate in 2023, she completed her legal traineeship at a Geneva-based litigation law firm. Furthermore, she worked as a lawyer for an association dedicated to labor law.
Barbara was admitted to the bar in 2022. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, a Master’s degree in Swiss Law and a Certificate of advanced studies in legal professions from the University of Geneva
During her studies, she actively participated in the University of Geneva’s Law Clinic on the rights of vulnerable people. She also provided legal counselling for an association defending asylum seekers.
Barbara works in French, English, Portuguese and Spanish.
