We are pleased to announce that Archipel has contributed to the Swiss and French chapters of the 10th edition of the International Comparative Legal Guides (ICLG) – Enforcement of Foreign Judgments (2025).

This publication provides in-depth analysis of enforcement of foreign judgments laws and regulations across 22 jurisdictions, covering general enforcement regimes, country-specific frameworks, and methods of enforcement. For France, Jacques-Alexandre Genet and Michael Schlesinger have contributed their insights. For Switzerland, Lezgin Polater and Guillaume Tattevin, along with Joanna Didisheim, have shared their expertise.

We are delighted to share that the publication is now live, and our chapters are free to access:

French Chapter: available here

At Archipel, enforcement of foreign judgments and asset recovery is one of our core areas of practice. We are honored to contribute to this important global legal resource and share our knowledge with the legal community.

A big thank you to ICLG and to our dedicated team for their valuable contributions!
